Introduction
This article will help you generate Banking Report, which is a summary of the previous day sales in the club. It shows if there is any difference between the sale value in the PGM system and on the fiscal printer. If so, you will be able to double-check the amounts and correct them.
It is recommended to generate this report day by day. However, you can select random dates from the calendar.

Instruction
How to generate Banking Report in PGM?
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> POS Management -> Banking report.
2. Click on Add new report button.
3. New Banking Report window will appear.
- If you want to generate Banking report for the previous day, select the date from the calendar.
- Select the desired club.
- Select the desired Pos station from the selected club
This field is not required: if you don't select any stations, it means you're generating a report for all stations, for the entire club you have selected.
Remember to select the correct Pos station, as station names are not unique.
You can check list of your POS Stations in PGM-> Settings> Endpoints -> Pos Stations Tab
4. Fill in the necessary fields. Below, you will find the description of each section of the pop-up:
Sale
- System sale - this value will be generated automatically.
- Fiscal sale - enter value from the fiscal printer.
- Sale difference - this value shows the difference between the generated report from the fiscal printer and the sales in the PGM system.
- Cancel sale - this pulls in all deleted shopping carts from the PGM.
- Cancelled fiscal receipts - here you enter the actual amount by hand.
Received payments
- Registered cash - total registered cash.
- Counted cash - here you count the cash and enter it here.
It must be zero.
- Cash taken as deposit - total cash paid as deposit.
- Counted cash - total received cash.
- Comment cash field - enter the reason why there is the difference in cash.
- Credit card payments - total registered credit card transactions.
- Credit card deposit - total card transactions paid as deposit.
- Counted credit card payments - total received credit card payments.
- Cashless prepaid - total paid by cashless period.
- Online payment - total paid online.
- Other types of payment - total paid by other payment types.
- All registered payments - total paid from all sources.
Cash management
- Opening safe balance - the amount of cash from previous days that is in the safe and has not yet been handed over to the convoy.
If you would like to change this value, you should contact the Perfect Gym Support Team.
- Cash register document - if you want to activate this field, you should contact the Perfect Gym Support Team and ask them to turn on the following setting: BankingReport.PaymentCash.IncludeCashRegisterDocuments.
- Cash deposit in register - an input that should always stay in the cash desk.
- Received cash - the amount for the current day.
- Money paid into the bank - the amount of cash that is transferred for deposit in a bank.
- Closing safe balance - this amount will be passed automatically to the next day.
5. Click Save.
Usually, the Club Manager should confirm the Banking Report. Even after clicking Confirm, you still can make recalculation.
You can also generate the Banking Report as an excel file in the PGM -> Reports -> All.
