Finances in PGM
Allocating a date alongside the Mark as Paid function in Corporate invoices
We've added a feature that allows marking invoices as paid and specifying the transaction date within the reporting month. This solves the issue of delayed marking of invoices as paid and ensures accurate financial reporting. The feature will improve the invoicing process and reduce errors. More information.
Refund requests accepted or rejected in bulk
We have added a new feature which enables batch approving and rejecting of refunds. This feature includes two buttons: Approve all and Reject All, that will allow you to easily manage refund requests in bulk.
Member Profile in PGM
Enrollment rule name showing along with the payment plan name
We've updated the Member Profile to show the enrollment rule along with the payment plan name for courses. This enhancement provides greater clarity and accuracy in contract details. More information.
Automation center
Additional Tags to the Automatic contract extension automation
We have updated the Automatic extension e-mail template to include tags for start and end dates, interval amount and length, and total amount, making it easier to manage the subscription extensions. This enhancement will improve the user experience and reduce confusion regarding subscription costs.
Other Changes
In Notifications, in the Action Details, which describe how the notification will be sent, the option Post has been removed. More information.
Product Configuration and Class Booking in PGM
MultiService Type - Booking Event and Club Entrance
We are excited to announce a new enhancement to our product setup, which now includes a new product service type - Booking Event and Club Entrance. This feature was added to address the needs of club managers who want to allow users to enter the club using a multi-visit pass without a booking, while also allowing users to make bookings and consume the product accordingly.
Product Sale in PGM
No department in product categories
If you go to PGM -> Sale -> POS management -> Product Categories -> Edit category, you can clear out the field with the previously selected Department and leave it empty.
Employee management in PGM
We made employee management easier by adding a checkbox Available in new clubs to the PGM -> Clubs -> Employees -> Basic Data, so that during account creation you can decide to have the new employee automatically assigned to all clubs created in the future. More information.
Get Support
In the case of the registration form, we marked which fields are mandatory. We have also made the phone number optional and the message mandatory.
POSweb
Device Integrator check during login
Before the POSweb login screen, we now show a modal with Device Integrator connection status. If the connection is established, a prompt and a login form are shown. If the connection is not established, the employee is shown troubleshooting steps. We also changed the presentation of the account verification form before installing the Device Integrator. We hope that thanks to these changes, employees will be better informed about what is happening and will be able to independently try to restart the DI. More information.
Sale without club member set as default
After any transaction, you can set your POSweb to Sale without club Member as default. This ensures that random transactions are not added to the Member profile, which was used on POSweb as the last one. More information.
Client Portal
Branch filtration
We've added two new club filtration options to the Client Portal - filtering by city, name and gender. Users can use both options together for more targeted results. We've also hidden filters like category and zone if there are no options to choose from. This enhancement provides users with more flexibility and accuracy in club searches.
Payment Provider Integration
We've added a new global payment provider Stripe with the option to use it for recurring credit card payments and one-time online payments. Thanks to this integration, we have simplified the connection process which makes the implementation procedure even smoother. Stripe is a global partner that provides services in 47 countries.
They work among others with Spotify, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Salesforce and Booking.
Timeout for payments
We have changed the description of failed payments in status payments due to timeout and explained what timeout means. To avoid problems connected with timeouts, we have made the setting that determines this value visible in PGM in System Settings -> ePayments > EPayment.ExternalCreditCardRegistrationTimeoutMinutes. Time is defined in minutes.
API
API v2 new endpoints and API v1 endpoints reflected in API v2
To give your developers more freedom in building custom apps, the new API methods have been added:
- /v2/ClassBooking/SetMemberPresenceOnClass - a new API method that allows marking the presence of specific members for specific classes. More information.
- /v2/Marketing/ValidateVoucherCode - a new method that makes the voucher validation possible. More information.
- /v2/Payments/PrepaidTopup - replicated capabilities of the old endpoint from v1 that is used to add funds to the user's prepaid account. More information.
- /v2/Members/AddGuestMemeber - this Endpoint got a new parameter: consultant/employee.
API Versioning
While we strive to reduce the impact on existing integrations, we sometimes have to introduce changes that are not compatible with existing API versions. When we introduce a breaking or incompatible change, we release a new API version to accommodate the change. This article describes the PG approach to API versioning.
Mobile App
Perfect Gym GO
We improved the experience of Middle Eastern customers. Perfect Gym Go supports native Arabic GUI. It includes orientation right-to-left, text translations, and adjustment of numbers, dates, and hours format.
Perfect Gym Pro
We're introducing a new app in the PG family: The Perfect Gym Pro App. It is a Mobile App for club employees that helps them access and enter relevant data on the go. The app is targeting Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors. Read more here.
Perfect Gym Pro App is currently in the beta phase. It means that it’s being intensively developed and is available to selected fitness chains for in-club tests and feedback sessions.
