Introduction
This article explains how the new joiner registration process in the Client Portal is connected with a new Member or Guest account creation in PGM. It shows after which actions in the Client Portal registration process the Member Profile will be created in PGM.

Before you start
- Mind that the process described in this article is connected with registration in the Client Portal. To track what's described in this article, you should first have the registration process set up in the Client Portal. Read more in this article.

Feature description
During the registration process in the Client Portal, you can, depending on your settings, create a member or guest account.
When exactly is the guest account created in PGM?
- Guests need to fill in the Club selection, Payment plan and Personal data.
There is no payment step in this case.
- When created, their Profile will be displayed in PGM -> Clients -> Club members.
- They will be marked as Guests.
When exactly is the member profile created in PGM?
- Members need to fill in: Club selection, Payment plan, Personal data and Summary.
- The next step is Payment - even if they do not pay, decide to go back or close the page, the account will be created! It means that There will be a new Member Profile created, however, their payment status will be marked in red - In debt.
- They will be able to log into the Client Portal.
- The newly created Member profile will display in the PGM -> Clients -> Club members.
- They will be marked as a Member.
Hints
- If you want to delete the contracts of members who didn't complete the Payment step and are marked as in debt and move them to guest users or just delete such users, contact Perfect Gym in order to discuss your business needs and possibilities of setting it up.
- Mind that if the contract of a member is deleted (for example by an employee in PGM or automatically by the use of settings described in the point above), this person will be moved to guest user type.
- Please be informed that if the member's contract ends, it will be moved to the Archived tab in the Contracts tab on the selected member's profile in PGM. However, this user will still have a member type assigned.
