Introduction
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enhances security by requiring two forms of identification to verify a user's identity. In this case, it combines a physical card scan with a personal identification number (PIN).
- This article describes how to enable and use the 2FA Kiosk feature, which requires users to set a PIN for card logins.

Before you start:
- Ensure the setting
ClientPortal.Kiosk.LoginCard.IsPinRequireis enabled. - Members need to log into their CP2 accounts and create a PIN (minimum 4 digits) before they can access the Kiosk for the first time.

How to set a new PIN code in PGM

In PGM, navigate to the Clients tab and open the member's profile.

Select the Data tab.

On the right side of the screen, click the three dots icon and select Member PIN.
How to set a new PIN in CP2 (Browser/Desktop)

Log into your Client Portal account.

Go to the Account tab and select Edit Profile.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Change PIN.
If a PIN is required, a notification will appear at the top of the Client Portal screen. Clicking on this notification will redirect you to the Change PIN screen.
Please note:
- During the initial PIN setup, only the new PIN is required.
- After the first setup, the old PIN will also be needed to make any future changes.
How to log in to Kiosk using FA2
- The Kiosk mode displays a start screen for CP2.
- Scanning a user's card initiates the login flow.
- The kiosk will then display a field for the user to enter their PIN.
- After entering the correct PIN, the system grants login access.
