How to add Company during Registration in Client Portal? – PerfectGym

This article shows how to define a company for B2C clients (business-to-consumer) during their registration process in the Client Portal.

This article presents a detailed description of how to add a company, which will later be used on the invoice during the registration in the Client Portal.
This article will be helpful to the PG Champion, Club Manager, Sales Manager and Club Owner.

To use this feature, contact the Perfect Gym Support Team and ask them to enable the ClientPortal.Registration.InvoiceDetails setting in the Back Office for your company, as this setting is disabled by default.

2. Include company data (B2C business to consumer)

Company Information & address

Define company (checkbox) - set as checked if you want to define company for a new member.

Unchecked option means that this company will be detached from this member.

Name - (optional) enter the company name. When it's empty it will be completed automatically from data represented by Member Name and Member Last Name (name and last name fields have been described in this article).
Tax ID - (mandatory) field when Define company checkbox is marked as checked. This field should include the identifying number used for tax purposes.
Address - optional - enter the company address details like street and building number.
Additional Address - optional - enter additional information like building/apartment number.
Postal code - optional - enter the company address details.
City - optional - enter the company address details.
Country - optional - enter the company address details.

Mind that due to the Company definition, in the Client Portal:

In the PGM employees can select the Company for both members and guests.
