Before You Start
This is one of the first steps you will encounter when starting the registration process in the Client Portal.
- This step appears only if the company manages facilities across multiple cities.
Instruction
This step prompts you to select the city where you plan to train. The system may display the available cities as either a series of clickable tiles or as a dropdown list, depending on the club's configuration.
When you arrive at this step, the system will display a welcome message: "Hello stranger!".
You will be prompted to make a selection:
Tile View: "Choose a city where you want to train:".
Dropdown (Combo) View: "Choose a city where you want to train!".
Select your desired city from the options presented.
If using Tile View: Click the tile of the city you want. The selected tile will become highlighted.
If using Dropdown View: Click the combo box labeled "Select city" and choose your city from the list.
Click the Next button to confirm your choice and move to the next step.
If you need to return to the previous step, click the Previous button.
Use Case Examples
Example 1: Selecting a City from Tiles
Goal: To choose a city from the visual tile layout.
Settings: The user sees several city tiles (e.g., "London," "Manchester"). They click the "London" tile, which then becomes highlighted. They click the Next button.
Example 2: Selecting a City from a Dropdown
Goal: To choose a city from a long list.
Settings: The user is presented with the "Select city" dropdown. They click it, scroll to "Bristol," and select it. They click the Next button.
Example 3: Proceeding Without a Selection
Goal: A user attempts to skip the step.
Settings: The user clicks the Next button without clicking a tile or selecting from the dropdown. An error message appears: "You must select city before proceed".
Example 4: Registering a Family Member
Goal: A member is registering their child and needs to select a city for them.
Settings: The page displays the prompt: "Choose a city where your family member want to train". The member selects the desired city and clicks Next.
Hints
Validation: You must select a city to continue. If you click Next without choosing a city, the system will display an error message: "You must select city before proceed".
Family Member Registration: If you are registering a family member, the prompt in the tile view will be slightly different: "Choose a city where your family member want to train".
