Before You Start
- This is one of the first steps you will encounter when starting the registration process in Client Portal.
- This step is displayed if the company manages facilities across multiple states.
Instruction
This step prompts you to select the state where you plan to train. When you arrive at this step, the system will display the heading: Choose a state where you want to train!
This option appears only if you have clubs in multiple states.
Click the dropdown menu labeled "Select state".
Choose your desired state from the list that appears.
Click the Next button to confirm your choice and move to the next step.
If you need to return to the previous step, click the Previous button.
Use Case Examples
Example 1: Selecting a State
Goal: To choose a state to see available clubs.
Steps/Settings: The user sees the "Select state" dropdown. They click it, scroll to "New South Wales," and select it. They click the Next button to proceed.
Example 2: Proceeding Without a Selection
Goal: A user attempts to skip the step.
Steps/Settings: The user clicks the Next button without selecting a state from the dropdown. An error message appears: "You must select state before proceed".
Hints
Validation: You must make a selection to continue. If you click Next without choosing a state, the system will display an error message: "You must select state before proceed".
