Introduction
This article is about troubleshooting that will be helpful for employees, who are experiencing an issue with POSweb, where the Checking Device Integrator service is loading infinitely, without any message about the Device Integrator service status that can blink on red or green.
After restarting the Device Integrator service, it could blink green for 0.5 seconds and keep loading. In this article, you will help you resolve that issue.
Instruction
1. Make sure the Device Integrator service is working and the newest version of it is installed.

2. The firewall is turned off, or an exception on port 5556 is added to it (It is a port that Device Integrator is using in order to connect with POSweb).
Make sure that the POSweb URL is looking exactly like this: https://yourcompany.perfectgym.pl/PosWeb/Login/Other/
any changes in the letter sizes in the URL could cause the issue to occur.
For example: https://yourcompany.perfectgym.pl/posweb/login/ - will load infinitely, and https://yourcompany.perfectgym.pl/PosWeb/Login/Other/ - will work as desired
