Device Integrator Update
We are excited to announce the release of Device Integrator 7.0! This update marks a significant milestone as we have upgraded our app from .NET 4.5 to .NET 7.0. Scheduling Price Changes of Joining Fee and Administration Fee
A new enhancement to our system that significantly improves the user experience for PG Champions is here. Now, you have the ability to set Joining fees and Administration fees for a specified period, allowing you to effectively manage them with precision and accuracy. Permissions for Club Transfer in PGM
Separation of Permissions for Force, Standard and Continuation Transfer Types
We are excited to announce an important update to our system, focused on improving the user experience of club transfers. This update involves the separation of permissions for different transfer types: Force, Standard and Continuation. Permissions have been divided into separate checkboxes, providing users with more control and flexibility.
Facility Booking Calendar
Facility Booking Calendar Embedding
With this new update, it is possible to display the facility calendar availability on your website in real time. You can save time and effort by eliminating the need to manually communicate or update availability information. The real-time display ensures accurate and instant information for website visitors. Activity Category Display
PG Champions gain the option to select and display only the Activity Categories applicable to specified facilities. This ensures that customers can easily find and enrol in the activities that are available at their preferred facility. More information.
Class Booking and Courses
Late Cancellation Penalty Fee
We are happy to introduce a new feature that greatly enhances the user experience by addressing the issue of late cancellations. Users can now set up a penalty fee for members who cancel a class within a specified period before the class starts. This discourages late cancellations and encourages members to make timely decisions, benefiting both the class participants and those on the waitlist. More information.
New Discounts for Courses
We've added a new feature that eliminates manual processes when applying discounts for courses. With this update, PGM gains the ability to automatically apply and adjust discounts in real-time based on predefined discount rules, streamlining operations and ensuring accurate pricing for members.
Automation Center - Notifications
Password Setup Notification
We have introduced a new Automation Centre event that operates when a Client Portal is enabled. Whenever a new user is added via PGM or POSweb an email will be sent to the provided address during the registration process. This email invites the user to set up a password for accessing the Client Portal. With this feature, users no longer need to click on "I forgot password" during their first login.
Sending POSweb Receipts to Members by Email
You can configure the Automatic Notification, which will send a receipt to the user's email as an attachment, instead of printing it. If you would like to use this feature, set up AutomationEventReceiptTransactionWasMade Event in the Automation Center. This way, the paper version won’t be printed, but you can always use the Reprint option if you need a paper copy. More information.
Reports in PGM
New CRM Report - Lead Conversions
We are excited to introduce a new report that focuses on lead conversions. To access this report, navigate to the Reports section (not within the CRM module itself) at /Reports/CRM/LeadConversion. Please ensure that your role has the appropriate system permission assigned (Reports/CRM) in order to generate this report successfully. More information.
Members List in PGM
Improved User Search
Searching for users by name has become more user-friendly. You can now search for names without including letters such as Ą, Ś, Ł etc. For example, when searching for "Adam Małysz," you can simply type "Adam Malysz" to retrieve relevant results. Furthermore, when you open one of the search results and navigate back, your previous search results will still be available.
Debt Collection Filter in Custom Members Lists
We have now added the ability to include a debt collection stage filter in your custom Members Lists. This enhancement allows you to refine your lists based on specific debt collection stages. Get to know more.
Warehouse in PGM
Users Related to a Company
We have introduced a new tab to facilitate the management of users related to companies. To access this feature, go to Sale -> Warehouses -> Companies -> Edit Company. In the "Related Users" tab, you will find a clear overview of all users associated with the selected company. This tab enables you to establish new user connections and delete existing connections, simplifying the management of users associated with a company. More information.
Get Support Module
In this update, we have made some significant visual changes and introduced new enhancements to the Get Support module. The aim is to improve the overall user experience and provide a more organized and streamlined view of case details. Here are the vital changes:
Acceptance of Proposed Solution
A new feature that allows users to accept proposed solutions directly within case details. You and your team can indicate your acceptance of a proposed solution, providing clearer communication between you and our support team
Enhanced Case Details View
The width of the case details view has been increased to provide a more spacious and comfortable reading experience. We have also grouped the information into four sections: Basic Info, Case Info, Conversation, and Case History.
Improved Case Header
Now, you can add the subject of the case to the top of the case details view. This change allows for identifying the main topic or problem quickly. We have included the case reporter's information, providing immediate access to the contact details of the person who raised the case. The message associated with the case has now been placed at the top, ensuring that the important communication is easily visible.
History of the case
We have relocated the history of the case to the bottom of the case details view, providing a chronological overview of all actions taken.
Right Sidebar
We have introduced a new right sidebar that displays additional information about the case: the details such as case type, number of attachments, and TeamViewer information, enabling users to access relevant information at a glance. These visual changes and feature additions aim to optimize the Get Support module, making it more user-friendly and efficient for handling customer cases. We believe that these improvements will enhance your experience and help you manage your cases more effectively.
