Introduction
This article provides information on POSweb installation. It will be most useful during the implementation period.
Before you start
POSweb configuration is performed on every computer that will use its services. POS and its devices are configured for a specific club, its configuration is stored in the Device integrator. If you remove the Device integrator from the PC or reset its configuration, you will need to configure devices from scratch. If you want to have access to several POSs from one computer, you must contact Perfect Gym with a request to provide the POS reset file.
To be able to perform the installation, the following permissions are required on your employee account:
- System administrator
- Clubs
- Point of Sales (POS)
- Clubs
And these, for devices configuration:
- Club manager
- Devices configuration
Device Integrator is a service responsible for running the POS and all of its operations on the computer. It is not possible to use POS or any device connected to POS without properly DI installed. If POS must be reinstalled, you must uninstall the Device Integrator services from the computer and perform the steps from the instruction again.
Instruction
STEP 1 - Sign in as administrator on the computer
STEP 2 - Install the device integrator
1. Download the DI installer by using this link
2. Run the DI installer
3. Install the program following the instructions shown by the installer.
STEP 3 - Configure POSweb in the browser
1. Open an internet browser (Google Chrome is preferred)
2. Navigate to the POSweb page by the following link (change the Company_URL to the URL of your company): https://Company_URL/PosWeb/Login/Other/. This link will transfer you to the Login screen:
3. Log into POSweb. Select the club for which the POS is being installed and provide the POS station name:
If “DeviceIntegrator is not available!” message shows on your screen, it means that the Device integrator service is downloading updates now, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. After all updates are downloaded, you need to navigate to the log in screen by clicking the “Back to login view” button:
You may create a shortcut on the desktop for the POS website so you can access it from the desktop. Otherwise, the only way to access the POS is from the link.
The POSweb installation is done!
STEP 4 - Configure devices
Despite the POS being installed, it cannot be used yet. To be able to process payments you must configure the receipt printer and transaction terminal. The full list of compatible devices is presented in this article.
If you do not have a receipt printer or a transaction terminal that's compatible with POSweb, you can configure a Virtual Receipt Printer and a Virtual Transaction Terminal, to perform this, follow these steps:
1. Log into POSweb
2. Click on Configuration (Gear Icon)
3. Set Virtual Posnet Thermal for ReceiptPrinter:
4. Set Virtual Transaction Terminal for TransactionTerminal:
5. Click the Save configuration and restart Device integrator button.
6. Wait until POSweb is automatically refreshed.
POS is now ready to be used.
Hints
1. If you need to move a POS station, switch between Production and UAT, or resolve issues with incorrectly assigned stations or clubs, you can either follow the manual process or use a .bat script with administrative privileges.

- Manual Process:
1. Open Windows Services
Navigate to the Services window in Windows and search for Device Integrator.
2. Stop the Service
Click on Device Integrator in the list, then select Stop the service from the options on the left.
3. Delete the Configuration File
Locate and delete the file at:C:\ProgramData\Creadhoc\PerfectGym\app.cfg.json
4. Restart the Service
Return to the Services window and restart the Device Integrator service.
