Instruction
How to add a Member on POSweb?
1. Go to the POSweb application.
2. In Access Control tab, click on Add new member.
3. Add member's personal data and click Next.
4. Add additional information, and go to the next step.
5. Select marketing details. Click on Create new club member.
On this step you can also assign referred member.
6. Select the Contract Start date.
Starting from this date, the contract will become active, allowing the member to access the club.
7. Choose the Payment plan, and go to the Next step
8. Choose Contract discount and proceed to the Next step
9. Select Agreements, and click Next
Troubleshooting
For a Payment plan to be displayed on the POSweb application, during the Payment plan configuration, the POSweb checkbox has to be ticked. Go to this article and read about the Available for option.
