Use an existing product to create a new one
We've added an option to create a new product based on an existing one. The product can be created based on any type of the product (Goods/Services/Bundle) and it needs to keep this type. The option is available after clicking [+Add product] as a fourth option after Goods, Services and Bundle. If you select this option, the system will create a draft copy of an existing product, which will be possible to edit and save as a new product. Learn more
CRM module improvements
Consultant events calendar
Consultant events calendar has been added to CRM module. It displays all events scheduled for an employee - CRM meetings, personal trainings and classes. In order to appear in this calendar, the employee must be added to the list of consultants in CRM. Learn more.
If you are using the CRM module all of your employees who had previously used CRM module or have future events scheduled are set as consultants.
Consultant availability calendar
From R.91 onwards we've introduced a Consultant Availability Calendar. Their availability needs to be added to the system prior to creating events for them e.g. meetings, phone calls. Learn more.
API
New API endpoints added
We've added API endpoints, which allow you to build a CRM events scheduler on your side and list availability for the consultants

Also, the MemberAgreementAnswers & MemberAgreementAnswers{key} were expanded with new parameter lastModificationDate to track the changes on your member's agreements.
New discount type for price increase
A new discount type named Since month chosen by user increase by percentage has been added. It can help you to increase the membership fee for specific member by use of contract discounts in PGM. Learn more.
File encryption with a password
You can now choose to encrypt attachments sent to users via Automation so only authorized people can access them. You can choose a few different password types. Learn more.
Facility booking
Edit past bookings
We've introduced a new system permission feature allowing users to edit past facility bookings. This enhancement caters to both single and recurring bookings, providing greater flexibility and control over facility management. Authorized users can now modify details of past bookings, ensuring that records accurately reflect actual usage and any necessary adjustments. This feature is particularly useful for managing discrepancies or making note of special occurrences during past facility events. Learn more.
Enhanced calendar booking details
We've upgraded the Facility Booking feature to display additional products/services related to the booking within the Calendar booking details. This enhancement provides a more comprehensive overview of bookings, allowing users to see associated products or services at a glance. It streamlines the booking process and ensures users are fully informed about the offerings related to their booking. Learn more.
Batch cancelation in zone availability schedule
Facility Bookings now supports batch canceling of zone availability schedules only for chosen hours. You can make extensive changes to the availability schedule of different zones, without the need to edit each slot individually. This feature significantly reduces the time and effort required to manage and update facility schedules, enhancing efficiency and flexibility in facility management. If you have already added zone availability for a whole day, maintenance break between 1 PM and 2 PM you can add such gap using batch cancel availability feature. Learn more.
Automation - New Token for Personal Training events
Automation has been enhanced with the addition of the Activity category name token for the User has booked personal training automation rule. This new token allows for more personalized and relevant communication by including the activity category in automated messages. It ensures that users receive tailored information, enhancing engagement and satisfaction. Learn more.
Automatic club transfer - Enhanced settings
A new setting has been introduced to the automatic club transfer feature, allowing the exclusion of certain payment plan types from the transfer process. In the system settings under club transfer, you can now specify Payment plan types to exclude. Members enrolled in these specified payment plan types will not be automatically transferred, ensuring more precise control over the club transfer process. Learn more.
Surcharges
We're excited to unveil the Surcharge feature in Version R91 of our POS system. Surcharges are additional fees applied to transactions to cover specific costs or comply with regulatory requirements. In the case of the Australian market, surcharges may be necessary to account for factors such as GST (Goods and Services Tax) or other regulatory obligations. By implementing surcharges, businesses can ensure transparency and fairness in pricing while also remaining compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Learn more
Class Attendance portal - Health condition icon
A Health Condition icon has been added to the Class Attendance portal. This feature enables class instructors to quickly identify participants with health conditions, allowing for necessary adjustments to ensure safety and provide a tailored experience.
