The PGM registration process is made for employees. It provides 4 ways of registration. With this process you can add a member, add a guest, add a contract to an already existing account, as well as convert leads from the CRM module.
Adding a member is the most common action that happens during the registration process. It tends to be the longest process, as we gather the largest amount of data, like all personal details and additional details, like custom surveys. For members, it's also required to select a payment plan with a payment method.
Adding a guest often takes less time, as the registration form is shorter and requires less information. This process is dedicated to users, who only want to buy goods, or services, like a 5 time entrance gym pass.
Adding a contract to an already existing account is most often used, when a member's contract is running out and they want to prolong it, when the member's contract is already expired and they want to add a new one, or when guests want to upgrade their status to members.
Converting leads can be used by clients who have access to the CRM module. They can easily convert leads to guests or members using already gathered data.
