Improvements
Refund request isolated view
We modified Refund functionality. From now on, club employees have access to refund options for their members and are restricted from viewing or processing refunds for members from other clubs. This will prevent unauthorized access and enhance data privacy.
New Billing View and isolated view for club's employees
The isolated view for employee's clubs was introduced to New Billing View. When employee is assigned to one/ few clubs, it is not possible to see the amount of the full billing proceeded by Head Office for all clubs. This will prevent unauthorized access and enhance data privacy. For more, read here.
New Flag in the API for extract Default Payment Source
We include flag for extract member’s default payment source via API. Previously when fetching a member profile via the GET /Member API, the response includes payment sources, but it does not indicate which one is the default payment method. This adjustment prevent creation of uncertainty when implementing automated payment processes in self-service applications.
Hiding the Cash option in Client Portal
The 'Cash' option can be removed from Payment source view in Client Portal. Users will now see clear guidance on providing appropriate payment details when adding a new payment source. Read more here.
Masking bank details in New Billing view
Payment sources and bank details of the customers will be showing only as 4 last digits to enhance safety measures and keep up the compliances measures all over the world in the New Billing View. Please check details here.
Hiding PESEL number for the selected payment plan in Client Portal
We added the option to hide the PESEL number on the user's profile in Client Portal and enabled the PESEL number depending on the selected payment plan in PGM, POSweb and Client Portal. When selecting a payment plan, the system will check whether the PESEL number is required for the selected payment plan. The PESEL number will only work for payment plans with a value (price) greater than "0" and for plans other than those paid upfront for the entire commitment period.
To enable the functionality use setting: Contract.RequirePersonalIdForPaymentPlansPaidInArrears.
