Access Server application is available for customers who decide to use the PerfectGym access control module. It enables you to control and monitor access to the club for employees, club members and guests in an easy and intuitive way.
- This article will show how to install card readers and how to install the Access Server application on a computer in the club.
- This article is dedicated for club Administrators and IT Department staff responsible for preparing the club for proper functioning on a daily basis.
Instruction
Installation of card readers
1. All readers must be connected to the local network.
2. Contact the PerfectGym Implementation Manager and report that the readers are already connected and visible.
3. Provide your Implementation Manager with the information on:
- IP addresses of the readers,
- whether the readers are for the club entry or exit,
- exact name of the readers' types.
4. If you have any questions, please contact your Deployment Manager via e-mail.
Installation of Access Server app on your computer
1. Download the installation file from the PGM -> Settings -> Access Logic -> Access server station.
2. Run the installer and go through the installation steps as instructed by the installer.
3. Enter the license number.
- This number is held by PerfectGym, therefore you should contact the Implementation Team or the Technical Support Team, depending on the stage of implementation in your club.
- Enter the Club Number which you can find in PGM -> Clubs -> List of clubs.
- Enter the link to the application - instead of "company", enter the name of your company (the same one in the url that you use to login to PGM or Client Portal).
4. After the installation go to services.msc and check if the Access Server service is running.
If that is complete, the Access Server installation is successfully done.
