Introduction
This article explains how to fix incorrect receipt printing in Bixolon Printers, and is for:

Instruction.
Start by checking if DI is running for the correct User:
1. Go to Task Manager -> Services, and find Device Integrator.
2. Then right-click and select details.
3. A postprocess window will open with information for whom the service is running. if it is different from the current user, we must change it.
Change the user:
1. Open Services (this cannot be done in the Task Manager)
2. Double-click Device Integrator
3. A window will open in which we change the tab to Log on, where you should select This account
4. Provide login details for this account.
5. Restart the service, it will be enabled for the user we set.
6. If we have set a good user, the print format from POS should be identical to that from Windows.
Hints
If the user does not have a password set (the one on which the service is launched), you need to add permission that allows leaving empty passwords.
1. In the Start menu -> Run, enter gpedit.msc
2. Go to Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings
3. Expand Local Policies -> Security Options
4. Right-click Limit local account use blank passwords to console logon only item
5. Select Properties, and then select the Disabled option.
6. Click OK.
