Introduction
This article will teach you how to allow members to bring their friends as guests to the club.
- This article describes the process of creating a configuration that allows members to bring their friends to the club as guests.
- This article will be useful to PG Champion, Sales team, and System Administrator.
Before you start
To allow configuration described in this article to work you need to create access logic with these settings:
- Is friend access allowed - set to True.
- Friend access entrance time delay (seconds) - here specify how long after the Member enters the club the guest can enter.
Instruction
In this configuration, more than one account will be affected. There will be the Main user (Member) and Additional guest (Member's friend).
STEP 1. Create a product with ClubServiceType - Friend Access.
1. Go to PGM -> Sales -> POS management ->Products.
2. Press Add Product and choose Services.
3. Select Friend Access in the Service Type field.
STEP 2. Create a contract extra with ClubServiceType - Friend Access and assign the product.

STEP 6. Link the Member to their friend using linked members.
1. Go to PGM -> Clients -> Club Members -> Member profile.
2. Go to Data -> Linked Members and press Add linked member
3. Select Guest under Customer Type.
Here you can also choose to add an existing Guest, to do that press Member and search for the Guest you want to add as a linked member.
To assign the Friend relation on the Member profile, DON'T select any field under Relation Type.
4. You will be met by a guest creation screen. It goes as usual.
Hints
Guests won't be able to enter the club without the Main user. You can specify the maximum time the guests have to enter the club after the Main user has entered in Friend access entrance time delay (seconds).
Guests will gain the same access as the Member that they are friends with. Meaning, that they will be able to only enter zones that are included in the Member's payment plan. Also, if a Member is in debt and is not able to enter the club, the guests also can't enter.
