Introduction
In Perfect Gym, you can enable abuse detection in the Perfect Gym GO mobile application to help protect your club from members sharing accounts across multiple devices. This feature automatically blocks access when suspicious activity is detected, such as members frequently switching phones to generate QR codes.

Before you start
This automation can only be applied for Access Control entered using QR code generated within PG GO Mobile App.
- Please contact our Technical Support Team if you would like this feature enabled, and ask them to enable the MobileApp.QrCodeGenerationAbuseDetection task.
Feature description
This feature is designed to block members' access for those who abuse the Mobile Application QR code entrance.
What will trigger the blockage?
Club members use the Perfect Gym GO Mobile application and swap phones.
Scenario 1
- Member logs into the app on device X and generates a QR Code.
- After that member logs into the app on device Y and generates a QR Code.
- Member once again logs into the app on device X once again and generates a QR Code.
- Once those 3 steps occur, member access will be blocked with a system note "Mobile app abuse detection"
- Blocking notes can be manually removed by the club employee.
Scenario 2
- Member logs into the app on device X and generates a QR Code.
- After that member logs into the app on device Y and generates a QR Code.
- Finally, the member logs into the app on device Z and generates a QR Code.
- Once those 3 steps occur within 7 days, member access will be blocked with a system note "Mobile app abuse detection"
- Blocking notes can be manually removed by the club employee.
That removal of the blocking note will not stop the system from triggering that mechanism again
