Introduction
Access Logic Server is a collection of devices, their configurations, along with access logic assigned to a specific club. This article describes the configuration of the Access Server Station in Perfect Gym Manager, how to add it to the appropriate club in which it should operate, and how to add the Device from the list of previously created devices. This is the final step of the Access Control setup, thanks to which the configuration is completed and your club members can use the club according to previously defined rules.

Instruction
Once the correct configuration of Access Logic Definition and Devices is completed, you can move to the last step – Access Server Station configuration.
To get to the Access server station tab go to PGM -> Settings -> Access logic -> Access server tab.
You will find here the list of existing stations with the following information:
Station name – individual name of the station.
Club – assigned club.
Endpoint – terminal device connected to the network.
Modified Time – date of last modification.
Click on the + New access server station button. In the new pop-up window, you can start the configuration.
Add a Name of your access server and select the proper club in which the Access Server should work. Then select Devices created before from the dropdown list.
Additional functionalities
Emergency mode
Emergency mode – when it’s turned on, and communication with the server is lost it will allow anyone who scans their card on the device to enter the club, we recommend combining it with Offline mode. Then it will prevent long queues when there are some connection issues and lets you control who entered a club after reconnection.

Testing the device
You can test the device configuration in the Device tab.
1. Go to PGM -> Settings -> Access logic -> Devices.
2. Click on the ••• icon and select Test.
A new pop-up window will appear with the testing interface.
Select the Club, Club Zone and Gate (Enter or Exit), then you need to insert the card number assigned to the member and click on Test Access Device.
After this, you will see the results the physical device would give after the scan:
This feature lets you test logic connected to devices, memberships etc. So you can see if the configuration of the access logic, access rules etc. cover your needs.
