Introduction
You can create custom entrance reasons to allow visits to your club to those people, who are not club members or do not use their standard member cards for some reason.
- This feature will be useful to PG Champion and Front Desk Staff.
Before you start
Before usage, this feature should be configured in the PGM -> Settings -> System settings tab. If you experience any problems with the anonymous entrance reasons' functioning, make sure the configuration of this feature has been correctly made. Go to this article for more information.
Instruction
How to use the anonymous entrance reason?
1. When you select the “Custom reason” option, a new window will pop up.
2. There you’ll find all defined custom reasons along and their level of usage.
3. For reasons without personal data required, click ‘OK’. If otherwise, associate the entry with an existing member, or a new guest by clicking the relevant button.
4. Confirm the data.
